Francisco J. Serrano Gallardo
He was born in Almería (Spain), on 22nd April 1974. He became a Bachelor in Law in the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain).
He continued his post-university studies, developing a Master in Private Law in the Honourable Bar Association of Lawyers of Madrid, a Master in Town Planning and Real Estate Assets related Law in the Business School of Andalusia, which is located in the city of Granada (Spain) and a Master in Work Law and Social Security Law in the Legal College of "Federico de Castro" in Madrid.
To all this formal education, we must add his professional development, which has been perfected in over 10 years of experience as a Lawyer, being his most outstanding specialty that of Civil Law.
He has run his own Firm Law since 1998, and has collaborated as a legal advisor with insurance companies, banks, companies and private individuals.
At present, his work is developed in the branches of Marriage Law, Inheritance Law, Insurance Law and Sport Law (Assessment to Professional Sportsmen).
Julio Sousa Gómez-Lafuente
He was born in Saragossa (Spain), on 30th January 1972. He became a bachelor in Law in the University of Alcalá de Henares. He obtained his degree in the year 1996. Afterwards, he developed a Master in Private Law in the Honourable Bar Association of Lawyers of Madrid and a Course in Legal Practice in the same institution, being his specialisation that of Criminal Law. Also, Mr. Sousa obtained with high honours a Diploma as a Technician in Foreign Trade, as he has always held a great interest in International Relations.
As complementary formation, we may remark that Mr. Sousa is fluent in three languages, speaking English, Spanish and French to perfection. He has many language diplomas, amongst which we may remark a Course in Legal English in the prestigious Sampere Centre in Madrid and that he has dealt with full dossiers and cases in these three languages.
He started his professional career as a lawyer's clerk for P&A CONSULTORES (HENSON GROUP) in the l Department of Contracts and Mercantile Law (National and International), assisting in the development of different cases related to these subjects. Afterwards, he became specialised in Criminal Law in the Firm DANIEL CANO & ASOCIADOS, but he also took care of other affaire due to his international vocation. He also worked in the Bank Santander in the Global Connect Area.

Juan M. Palao Uceda
He was born in Madrid, on 18th September 1976. He became a Bachelor in Law in the University of Alcalá de Henares and became a Doctor in Law by the University CEU – San Pablo.
He studied in Germany (Pforzheim) two courses of specialization in Economy (International Management Program (IMP) and Additional Certificate in European Management and Business Studies (ACE)). He also obtained a Master in Private Law in the Honourable Bar Association of Lawyers of Madrid and he studied a specialization in Accountancy and Enterprise Management.
His professional activity dates back to 2001, the date he became a member of the Honourable Bar Association of Lawyers of Madrid. He has developed his professional activities in different law firms and in the legal consultancy firm "Crédito y Caución".
He has published several articles in the journal of the Honourable Bar Association of Lawyers of Madrid, in the Legal Journal "La Ley", in the Spanish Annual Journal of Bankruptcy Law and in the Honourable Bar Association of Lawyers of Alcalá de Henares.
Silvia Orts Martín
Born in Madrid (Spain), on 27th April 1974. She obtained a Bachelor Degree in Law at the Complutense University of Madrid on 1999. After preparing the exam to become a Judge, passing 2 of the 3 necessary exams, she focused on Work and Employment Law and on Inheritance Law, with an acknowledged success in these two areas.
As complementary formation, we can remark that Ms. Orts is bilingual in Spanish and English.
